You can withdraw money from your Bleap account straight to a Brazilian bank account in Reais (BRL) using Pix. Pix transfers are usually completed within seconds and work 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
What you need
A verified Bleap account.
Your CPF added to your Bleap account. If you already have a Bleap account, you only need to add your CPF the first time you use Pix.
A Pix key for the receiving account.
How to withdraw via Pix
Open the Bleap app and tap Send on the home screen.
Choose BRL as the currency you want to receive, and enter the amount.
Enter or paste the Pix key of the receiving account.
Check the recipient’s name that appears, the exchange rate, and the amount in BRL that will arrive.
Confirm the transfer.
⚠️ Always check the recipient’s name before confirming. Pix transfers can’t be cancelled or reversed once they’re completed.
Who can you send to?
Own account only: The Pix key must belong to an account under your own CPF. Transfers to other people’s accounts will be rejected.
Any account: You can send to any Pix key, including friends, family, or businesses.
Fees and exchange rate
If you’re withdrawing from a balance in another currency (for example EUR), it’s converted to BRL at the rate shown before you confirm.
Your receiving bank doesn’t usually charge for incoming Pix transfers, but check with your bank if you’re unsure.
My Pix shows “Completed” but the money hasn’t arrived
If the transfer shows as Completed in your Bleap transaction history, the money has left Bleap and been delivered to the receiving bank through Pix. At this point we can’t see it or reverse it. The receiving bank is the only one that can check it.
What to do:
Check the receiving account again. Pix is almost always instant, but some banks briefly hold incoming transfers for their own security checks.
If it still hasn’t arrived, contact the receiving bank and ask them to check an incoming Pix. Give them:
The amount in BRL
The date and time of the transfer
The Pix key you sent it to
If the status is anything other than “Completed” (for example “Pending” or “Processing”), the transfer is still with us. If it stays that way for more than 24h, contact us in the app chat.
I sent money to the wrong Pix key
Pix transfers are final once completed, so Bleap can’t cancel or reverse them. If you sent money to the wrong person:
Contact the recipient directly, if you know who they are, and ask them to send it back.
If you think you’ve been the victim of fraud or a scam, contact us in the app chat as soon as possible.
Why was my Pix withdrawal rejected?
Common reasons:
The Pix key doesn’t exist or was entered incorrectly
Your CPF hasn’t been added to your Bleap account, or doesn’t match your verified identity
You’ve reached your withdrawal limit
If a withdrawal is rejected, the money is returned to your Bleap account.
Still need help?
