How to add Funds to your Bleap wallet

If you have a Bleap card, but are still unsure on how to add funds to your wallet for spending, follow these steps:

Step 1: Tap "Add Money" on the App Home Screen

Step 2: Choose Your Payment Method

You'll be asked how you want to pay. The available options vary with geographies:

Choose how you want to top up:

Cash
- Manual Bank Transfer
  You'll receive banking details to complete a transfer. Funds typically arrive in less than one business day.
Crypto
- Linked Wallet
  Funds are pulled directly from your connected wallet. This method is instant.
- Manual Crypto Transfer
  Send crypto from another wallet or exchange manually. This is usually processed instantly.
- Cash out from Trading
  Sell your crypto and get your money instantly when the order completes.

Step 3: For bank Transfer:

Choose the currency you want to top up by clicking 'Change':

EUR - Your money will arrive to your EURE Balance
MXN - Your money will arrive to your USDC Balance
BRL - Your money will arrive to your EURE Balance

When making your deposit, please double-check the transfer details in the app:

Euros: Send the bank transfer to the exact IBAN and beneficiary name shown on your screen.
Mexican Pesos: Ensure you are sending to the correct CLABE number.
Brazilian Reais: Transfer to the Pix key displayed in your account (this will appear once you provide your CPF). The transaction will be made to our external partner Avenia, which will process the deposit.

You can check the live exchange rates for Mexican Peso and Brazilian Real deposits directly in the app.

Once your transaction is made from your bank, it will be verified and deposited in your Bleap Wallet.

Important details about your transfer:

Incorrect beneficiary details: If you entered the wrong recipient name, your transfer will be automatically returned to you within 1 to 2 days. No action is needed on your end.
Processing timeframes: Deposits can take up to 24 business hours. Delays can occasionally happen due to standard banking hours, security reviews, or high network congestion (especially for standard SEPA transfers made after hours).

Still having trouble? If your transaction hasn't settled after 2 business days, contact our support team and we'll investigate right away.

Step 3: For Connected wallet:

Pick the token, amount and connected wallet you wish to send from. Once you confirm it will be instant.

For wallet Bridging with your Linked Wallet, choose the asset, check exchange rate and copy Bleap's Bridging address.

Step 3: Manual Crypto transfer

Manually: Pick the network (by clicking in Arbitrum), copy the address and send from your wallet.

⚠️ Please ensure you only send assets that belong to the same network as the destination address

Note: If you deposit anythig other than EURE, USDC or USDT, the assets will land in your trading balance.

Step 3: Cash out from trading

To cash out from your trading Balance, just select the asset, choose the amount and confirm the trade:

Step 4: Spend from your Bleap Wallet with your card!

Once you have funds in your wallet you can use Bleap Mastercard just like any other debit card, for groceries, online shopping or paying bills. You can check your balance in home screen and card transactions in the card tab.
