You can send money out of your Bleap wallet in two ways: Cashout (withdraw to your bank account) or Send (transfer to another wallet or person). Here's how each works.
Cashout: withdraw to your bank account
Use Cashout to move funds from your Bleap wallet to a bank account in your name.
Open the Bleap app and tap Send on the home screen
Choose the currency and amount you want to withdraw
Select or add the bank account you want to withdraw to: it must be an account in your name
Review the details and confirm the transfer
Funds typically arrive instantly but can take up to 1 business day, depending on your bank.
Send: transfer to another wallet
Use Send to transfer crypto or stablecoins to an external wallet or another Bleap user.
Open the Bleap app and tap Send/Cashout on the home screen
Choose the asset you want to send (EURE, USDC, USDT, or other supported tokens)
Enter or paste the destination wallet address
Select the correct network, make sure it matches the network expected by the receiving wallet
Enter the amount and review the transaction details
Confirm the transfer
⚠️ Always double-check the destination address and network before confirming. Crypto transfers are irreversible, funds sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network cannot be recovered.
Sending to another Bleap user
If you're sending to another Bleap user, you can use your contact's or registered email address or a wallet address. The transfer is instant and free between Bleap accounts.
Limits and eligibility
Cashout is available to verified users only
Withdrawals must go to a bank account in your own name
Transaction limits apply depending on your account verification level: check your profile in the app for your current limits
Some currencies and regions may have different withdrawal options available
Transaction not going through?
If your Cashout or Send fails, check:
You have sufficient balance to cover the amount
Your account verification is complete and your account is in good standing
The destination wallet address and network are correct
You haven't exceeded your daily or monthly limit
If you're still having trouble, contact our support team with a screenshot of the error and the details of the transfer you're trying to make.
