You can send crypto and stablecoins from your Bleap account to any external wallet or exchange that supports the same token and network.
Supported assets and networks
You can send any token in your Bleap wallet to other wallets on chain. Bleap's supported chains are Arbitrum, Base, Solana, Robinhood and BNB.
⚠️ The receiving wallet must support the same token on the same network. If you send on a network the receiving wallet or exchange doesn’t support, the funds may not arrive and may be very difficult to recover.
How to send crypto
Open the Bleap app and tap Send on the home screen.
Choose the asset you want to send (for example EURe, USDC...).
Enter or paste the destination wallet address.
Select the network. It must match the network the receiving wallet or exchange expects.
Enter the amount and review the details, including the network fee.
Confirm the transfer.
Sending to another Bleap user
You can send to another Bleap user using their contact or wallet address. Transfers between Bleap accounts are instant and free.
Fees
Bleap doesn’t charge a fee for sending crypto. A blockchain network fee (gas) may apply. It depends on the network and how busy it is, and it’s always shown as a separate line (“Network fee”) before you confirm. Bleap can sometimes sponsor this fee, so you don't have to pay for anything.
How long does it take?
It depends on the network. Most transfers arrive within a few minutes, but busy networks can take longer.
Some exchanges also wait for extra network confirmations or run their own checks before crediting your deposit.
My transfer shows “Completed” but hasn’t arrived
If the transfer shows as Completed in your Bleap transaction history, it has been confirmed on the blockchain and delivered to the address you entered. At this point Bleap can’t reverse or redirect it.
What to do:
Check the transaction on the blockchain. Open the transfer in your transaction history and copy the transaction hash. Paste it into the block explorer for that network (for example Arbiscan for Arbitrum) to see that it was delivered to the correct address.
If it went to the right address, contact the receiving wallet or exchange. Give them the transaction hash, the token, the network, and the amount. They’re the only ones who can see why it hasn’t been credited. A common reason is that the exchange doesn’t support that network or needs a memo or tag.
If it went to a different address than you intended, see the section on wrong addresses below.
If the status is anything other than “Completed” (for example “Pending” or “Processing”), the transfer is still with us. If it stays that way for more than 24h, contact us in the app chat.
I sent crypto to the wrong address or network
Blockchain transfers are final, so Bleap can’t cancel or reverse them once they’re completed.
Wrong address: Funds can only be returned by whoever controls the receiving address. If it’s an exchange account, contact the exchange’s support with the transaction hash. If it’s an address you don’t recognise, the funds usually can’t be recovered.
Wrong network (for example, you sent on Ethereum but the receiving wallet expects Arbitrum): If you sent to an exchange, contact the exchange first. Some exchanges can recover deposits on unsupported networks, sometimes for a fee.
Why was my transfer rejected?
Common reasons:
The wallet address is invalid or doesn’t match the selected network
You don’t have enough balance to cover the amount plus the network fee
You’ve reached your daily or monthly limit
The transfer was blocked by our security or compliance checks
Your account verification is incomplete
If a transfer is rejected, the funds stay in your Bleap account.
Using your wallet outside Bleap
Your Bleap wallet is yours. If you ever want to move funds without using the Bleap app, see How to use your wallet without Bleap.
