How to withdraw to your bank account
Open the Bleap app and tap Send on the home screen.
Choose the currency and enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Select a saved bank account, or add a new one with the account holder’s name and IBAN (EUR) or CLABE (MXN).
Review the details, including the amount you’ll receive, and confirm.
You’ll see the withdrawal in your transaction history straight away, and its status will update once your bank receives it.
Who can withdraw, and to which accounts
Withdrawals are available to verified users only. If you can’t see the option to withdraw, check that your verification is complete under your profile.
Fees
Bleap doesn’t charge any fees when you withdraw to a bank account. Your bank may charge its own fees for receiving the transfer, especially for international payments. Check with your bank if you’re unsure.
Why is my withdrawal taking longer than expected?
Most withdrawals arrive within minutes, but a few things can slow them down:
Time of day and weekends. Some transfers made at evening might be processed via SEPA Standard.
Your bank doesn’t support SEPA Instant. In that case, the transfer goes through standard SEPA and can take up to 2 business days.
Security and compliance checks. Some withdrawals are reviewed before they’re sent. This is a standard part of keeping your account safe.
If your withdrawal hasn’t arrived after 2 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.
My withdrawal shows “Completed” but the money hasn’t arrived
If the withdrawal shows as Completed in your Bleap transaction history, the money has left Bleap and been sent to your bank. At this point we can’t see where it is or speed it up. Your bank is the only one that can trace it.
What to do:
Check your bank account again after a few hours. Some banks take extra time to credit incoming transfers, especially on weekends and bank holidays.
If it still hasn’t arrived, contact your bank and ask them to trace an incoming transfer. Give them:
The amount and currency
The date and time of the withdrawal
The IBAN or CLABE you sent it to
The sender name
Your bank may have put the payment on hold for its own checks, or rejected it. If it was rejected, the money will come back to your Bleap account automatically.
If the status is anything other than “Completed” (for example “Pending” or “Processing”), the transfer is still with us. Give it up to 2 business days, then contact us in the app chat if it hasn’t arrived.
Withdrawal limits
Your withdrawal limits depend on your verification level. You can check your current limits under your profile in the app.
What happens if a withdrawal fails?
If a withdrawal is rejected by the receiving bank, the money is returned to your Bleap account.
Common reasons a withdrawal fails:
The account holder name doesn’t match the name on your Bleap account
The IBAN or CLABE was entered incorrectly
You’ve reached your daily or monthly limit
Your account verification is incomplete
