Wallet Recovery Code - FAQs

When you first created your Bleap account, your recovery code was sent to you by email.

What is a Recovery Code

A recovery code is a personal security code that lets you restore access to your Bleap account, especially when signing in from a new device.

Bleap sends it to you by email when you first create your account. For your security, Bleap does not store this code and cannot create a new one for you.

You will need this code when signing in to Bleap from a new device. The app will ask you to enter your recovery code to confirm it is really you and to restore access to your account.

Check your email

Search your inbox for this email subject:

šŸ” DO NOT DELETE - Bleap recovery instructions

The email may also be in your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Archive folder, so make sure to check there too.

āš ļø The email can be translated! Please also search for the title in your native language!

Can Bleap send me another recovery code?

Your recovery code is personal. For your security, Bleap does not store it and cannot send you a new one.

When can the recovery code be resent?

If you previously backed up your recovery code to the cloud or to your device, open the app and tap:

Recovery Code in your email

If a Resend button appears, you can use it to send the recovery code email again.

What if I do not see the Resend button?

If you do not see the Resend button, please check your email again for the original recovery instructions email.

Searching for ā€œDO NOT DELETE - Bleap recovery instructionsā€ is the only way to find your recovery code.
