How to Locate the PIN or SMS Code for Your Card
When activating your physical card or preparing to use it for ATM withdrawals, you will need a PIN or SMS code. Here’s how you can locate it:
Card Activation: After activating your card in the Bleap app, a PIN code will be sent to you via text message. This code is essential for completing the activation process.
Activating your card: To activate the card you must use this PIN code to either make an ATM withdrawal or change it in an ATM.
ATM Withdrawals: The same PIN is required for ATM transactions. Check your text messages for the SMS containing the PIN. Ensure you look for the message sent immediately after the activation process.
ATM PIN changes: Insert the PIN sent via sms and change it to one of your choosing. Please note that not all ATMs allow for this feature. International ATMs like Euronet are more likely to allow it than your country's specific ATM network. If you don't see the option in your chosen ATM please try in a different one.
If you cannot locate the SMS, ensure your phone number is correctly registered with Bleap and that your device can receive text messages. Contact customer support if the issue persists.
