Why were my transfers between Bleap and Wise rejected?
Wise classifies Bleap as a cryptocurrency platform. Under Wise's Acceptable Use Policy, Wise does not allow transfers to or from cryptocurrency exchanges in either direction. This means:
Sending money from Bleap to a Wise account will be rejected
Sending money from a Wise account to Bleap will also be rejected
This is a restriction imposed by Wise, not by Bleap.
Will the money come back to me?
Yes. Rejected transfers are returned to the sender. This typically takes a few business days. If the funds haven't come back after 5 business days, contact our support team and we'll look into it.
