1. How to Participate
For a referral to be valid and counted toward any Active Campaign, the steps indicated in the Bleap app must be followed:
Step 1 - Share Your Referral Link
The Referring User must go to the "Invite friends" section within the Bleap app and share their personal Referral Link with their contacts.
Step 2 - The Referred User Must Complete the Following Requirements
For a referral to be considered valid, the Referred User must:
Create a Bleap account: the Referred User must register on Bleap using the Referring User's Referral Link and successfully complete the identity verification process (KYC).
Add money to their account via Bank Transfer: the Referred User must make a bank transfer to top-up their Bleap account. Other types of top-ups are not eligible, it must be a Bank transfer.
Make at least 3 purchases of a minimum of €5 each with the Bleap card: the Referred User must complete at least three (3) payment transactions of at least five euros (€5) each with the Bleap card. Quasi-cash payments such as gambling, gift cards, or person-to-person transfers will not count as valid purchases.
2. Active Campaigns and Rewards
The Referral Program may include several Active Campaigns running simultaneously, each with its own requirements and rewards. The currently available campaigns can be seen inside the app in the 'Rewards' page.
3. General Eligibility Rules
Each person can only be referred once. Users who already have a Bleap account are not eligible as Referred Users.
Rewards are personal and non-transferable
Bleap reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of each referral and to reject or void any that are fraudulent, duplicated, or non-compliant with these Terms.
Cash or equivalent rewards will be credited to the Referring User's Bleap account once Bleap has verified that all applicable requirements have been met. Credit timelines may vary and will be communicated via the app.
4. Modification and Termination of the Program
Bleap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or any Active Campaign at any time and without prior notice, for operational, legal, or business reasons. Bleap may also update these Referral Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication in the app or on the Bleap website.
Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification is published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
5. Fraud and Misuse
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Creating fake accounts or using fictitious identities.
Self-referral through direct or indirect methods.
Manipulating transactions solely to reach eligibility thresholds.
Any other method that undermines the spirit of the Program.
Bleap may suspend or cancel a user's participation, revoke already-granted rewards, and take appropriate legal action upon detecting fraudulent conduct.
