Verification is required to use Bleap and only takes a few minutes if you have the right documents ready.

The 3 main verification steps
1. Take a selfie: A clear photo of your face. Make sure to have good lighting, no sunglasses.
2. Upload your ID: A valid photo of your government-issued ID (Can be an ID or passport). Must not be expired.
3. Upload a Proof of Address: A document showing where you live. See below for what's accepted.
Depending on your situation, you may also be asked for a Residence Permit or Source of Funds documentation. See below.

Utility bill (gas, water, electricity)

Official letter from a government body
Requirements:
Must be a PDF or a readable photo of the original document
Issued within the last 3 months
Must show your full name and current address
❌ Not accepted:
Your ID or passport
Your residence permit
Anything older than 6 months

Why Was My Proof of Address Rejected?
Reason | Fix |
Too old | Upload a document from the last 6 months |
Not the original document (e.g. screenshot) | Upload the PDF version or Take a photo of the original paper document |
Name missing or wrong | Make sure your full name is visible |
Address doesn't match | Use a document with your current address |
Wrong document type | Don't use your ID or residence permit for this step |
Residence Permit
In some cases, we are required to collect a valid residence permit. If this applies to you, you'll be notified in the app. It mus be a valid residence permit (not expired).
Source of Funds
Do to some regulations we must follow, we may ask you to provide documentation proving where your money comes from. This is a standard compliance requirement.
Documents must clearly show your name, the source of income, and be from the past 6 months.
