What you need

Nothing, just enjoy, but please be aware you need to complete following levels for more features.

Basic Verification

Unlocks

Buying/Selling crypto with bank transfers, with monthly limits that are enough for most casual users

What you need

  • 📸 A clear selfie

  • A valid government-issued ID (Passport, National ID)

How to complete

  1. Upload your ID (must be a live photo)

  2. Take a selfie following the on-screen instructions

  3. Submit and wait for confirmation

Higher Verification

Unlocks

Higher limits for a more advanced user

What you need

  1. All documents from Basic Verification

  2. A valid Proof of Address:

    • Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter

    • Issued in the last 3 months

    • Must match your name and registered address

    • Must be a PDF file or live photo. No screenshots are accepted.

How to complete

  1. Complete Basic Verification first

  2. Upload your Proof of Address

  3. Submit and wait for review

Highest Verification

Unlocks

Full access, and the highest transaction limits we can give customers

What you need

  1. All documents from Higher Verification

  2. Completion of a Questionnaire

How to complete

  1. Complete Higher Verification

  2. Fill out the Questionnaire requested

Card Access (Special Eligibility)

Unlocks

Card issuance along with full access and limits from Highest Verification

What you need

  • Completion of Highest Verification

  • Additional requirements (eligibility criteria must be met - Please check 'Am I eligible for card' )

How to access

  1. Complete all prior levels

  2. If eligible, you'll see a “Get Card” button

  3. Follow instructions in the app

Can Bleap request any other documents?

Yes, Bleap can request some more documents in some cases, for example residence permit or additional questionnaires depending on your specific case, this is a general guide.
