Reside outside of the EEA or Switzerland, regardless of their nationality.
Hold nationality from any of the countries listed below, regardless of their country of residence.

Why are Bleap cards not available to all EEA residents?
Bleap cards are not universally available to all residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) due to regulatory requirements and partner constraints. While Bleap strives to make its features accessible to as many customers as possible, certain limitations currently prevent the availability of card features to everyone.
Regulatory and Partner Constraints
The availability of Bleap cards is influenced by compliance with local regulations and agreements with financial partners. These factors vary across regions and may restrict the rollout of card features to certain customers, even if they meet general residency requirements within the EEA. For example, residents of countries like Italy or Spain may not yet have access to Bleap cards despite holding valid residency documents.
Understanding the "Coming Soon" Label
If you see a "Coming soon" label in the Cards tab of your Bleap app, it means that the card feature has not yet been enabled for your account. This label indicates that the feature is planned for future, and you will be notified once it becomes accessible. In the meantime, other features of the Bleap app that do not have the "Coming soon" label remain available for use.
Guidance for EEA Residents
If you are an EEA resident and do not currently have access to Bleap cards, rest assured that Bleap is working to expand its offerings. While waiting for card features to become available, you can continue to use other functionalities of the app. Keep an eye on updates from Bleap for notifications about new feature rollouts.
