If you've completed verification but some features still appear as "Coming soon" or are unavailable on your account, this is usually down to one of three things: your region, your account level, or the rollout status of that feature.
Feature availability depends on your region
Bleap operates under different regulatory frameworks depending on where you live. Some features, particularly fiat services like bank transfers in certain currencies, card access, and local payment rails, are only available in specific countries or regions as we expand our regulatory approvals and partner network.
If a feature shows as "Coming soon", it typically means it's not yet available in your region. This isn't something you can change, it will unlock automatically when we launch in your area. Keep an eye on in-app notifications and our announcements for updates.
Your verification level affects what you can do
Bleap has different account limits and features based on how much you've verified and your specific settings. Higher tiers unlock higher transaction limits and additional features. If you've only completed basic verification, some features may still be restricted. You can see these levels inside the app settings.
To check your current verification level and what's needed to unlock more, go to your profile settings in the app and look for the verification or account level section.
Self-custody level and feature access
Your self-custody status also affects which features are available. Bleap offers non-custodial features, and some capabilities, such as accessing certain trading or vault features, require only self-custody levels within the app.
Common scenarios
Card access shows "Coming soon" → not yet available in your country or account, your account verification isn't complete for this feature.
Fiat services (bank transfers, local rails) → regional availability; check if your country is listed as supported and if you've completed verification for it.
A feature you had before is no longer accessible → your verification or account status may have changed, you will see the notification in the app's homepage
