General Policy on Transaction Cancellations
Payments Sent: Once a payment has been claimed by the recipient or merchant, it cannot be canceled or reversed. If the payment remains unclaimed for 30 days, it will automatically revert to your account.
Non-Custodial Transfers: Transfers initiated through Bleap are non-custodial and completed on-chain. Once broadcast, they cannot be stopped or reversed.
Handling Pending Transactions
Pending Card Transactions:
- Approved card transactions cannot be canceled.
If a card transaction is still pending, it may resolve automatically:
The merchant may reject the transaction, reversing the hold. - If no action is taken by the merchant, the pending amount will be automatically released and returned to your account after a standard holding period (e.g., up to 30 days).
Refund Requests and Merchant Policies
Completed Transactions: For completed payments or card transactions made by mistake, Bleap cannot cancel or reverse them. To recover funds, you must contact the merchant directly and request a refund according to their refund policy.
Subscription Charges and Fraud Prevention
Merchant Subscription Charges: If you have approved a subscription charge in the app, Bleap cannot cancel it on your behalf. To stop further charges, you must cancel the subscription directly with the merchant.
