First: check the app for outstanding document requests
The most common reason for a delay is that we're waiting on an additional document from you. Open the app and look for any prompts or notifications asking you to submit something, proof of address, a second form of ID, or a selfie. Completing that step usually unblocks verification immediately.
Common reasons verification takes longer than 48 hours
Your documents need additional manual review (this can happen based on your document type)
One of our verification partners is experiencing delays
A document you submitted was unclear, expired, or didn't meet our requirements, check the app and your email for any notifications from us
Your account requires a higher level of verification due to transaction limits or other requirements
